Step Two
Meet & Greet
We will set up a time to meet with you to discuss your visions for your project. We will discuss your initial design, specific requirements and take you through the building process. We will discuss your budget.
Step Three
Plans
When you have your plans drafted and engineered we can begin the next step. We can recommend a Drafts person to you.
Step Four
Quote & Price
We will provide a quote to you with detailed pricing.
Step Five
Contract to Build
When our quote has been accepted we meet with you to sign contracts and decide on a timeline for your build.
Step Six
The Build
Work begins on your project. We will maintain open communication throughout the build process and hold regular onsite meetings and updates as your build progresses.
Step Seven
Completion
On completion of your build, we will have all certifications and paperwork finalised. The keys to your new home are then yours. The construction is complete we take care of all certifications and paperwork. Your new home is then handed over to you and you can begin to create amazing memories.
